The picnic table consists of one table top and 2 seats without backs,
connected with each other underneath with two 5 x 12 x 180 cm cross beams.
The two table legs and the four bench legs are made of 4 x 12 cm boards,
and the posts are mounted in a 10° angle. The table top consists of five 4 x 12
x 180 cm boards, the 2 outer being reinforced with a countersunk galvanised
flat strip. The middle board is reinforced with a countersunk galvanised Tstrip.
Furthermore, a metal cross profile is screwed underneath the centre and
both sides of the table top, connecting the boards with each other.
The seat
consists of three 4 x 12 x 180 cm boards, individually reinforced underneath
with a countersunk metal profile. The boards of the table top as well as those
of the seats are fixed from the top to the legs with countersunk screws.
The picknic table is free-standing, the model with anchorage has extended legs
(LYON ZL-G : 15 cm longer)which need to be dug in and anchored with concrete or
stabilised sand. The LYON-ZL model is provided with holes for anchorage
with round head screws and wire-bars M12.
